Can you lay tiles over existing tiles?
In many cases, yes, if the substrate is sound. In wet areas we check the waterproofing — if in doubt, we take the old tiles out.
How long does a new bathroom need to dry?
Waterproofing and adhesive need their drying times; these are built into the construction programme. You can walk on the floor once it is grouted, and shower 24 hours after the silicone joints at the earliest — we tell you the exact time at handover.
Do you supply the materials?
Yes, from our warehouse or directly from the supplier. You can also provide your own materials — we check them before laying.
Do you also lay parquet in occupied flats?
Yes, room by room, with furniture moved by arrangement and daily cleaning.
