One job instead of five
All trades from one company: one contract, one site management team, one invoice that follows the quote item by item.

Getting the flat ready at a change of tenant — painting, floors, bathroom, kitchen and minor repairs from one company, planned backwards from the handover date you have promised the new tenants.
All trades from one company: one contract, one site management team, one invoice that follows the quote item by item.
We set the binding date after the survey. If a delay looms, we tell you immediately — not in the final week.
An acceptance report and a quote structured so that items chargeable to the outgoing tenants can be shown separately.
With a vacant flat, the biggest cost is rarely the paint — it is the time between move-out and move-in. Every week without a handover is a week without rent, and most delays do not arise in the work itself but at the transitions: the painter waits for the plasterer, the floor fitter waits for the painter, the plumber is only free next week. Because all trades come from the same company with us, we plan them as one sequence rather than five appointments. Ideally before the move-out: if a site visit is possible with the outgoing tenants' consent, the quote is ready by move-out and the materials are ordered. We can then start straight away on the day of the move-out inspection.

Five steps, aligned with the dates of the change of tenant.
Address, flat, move-out date and the handover date to the new tenants — by form, email or phone.
Before move-out if possible, otherwise right after the move-out inspection; condition and quantities are recorded.
Item by item, materials separate, with the handover date for the contract.
Strip-out, installations, tiling, painting and flooring in a coordinated order, managed by one site management team.
Joint acceptance with an acceptance report, broom-clean flat, keys returned on the agreed day.
CHF 8'000–20'000Guide price for labour · Vacant-flat renovation
For a vacant flat renovation of 3.5 to 4.5 rooms, we estimate CHF 8'000 to CHF 20'000 per flat, from strip-out to handover. Where you land in that range depends on the scope and condition — the guide prices for the individual trades are in the overview. Materials are charged separately. Travel is included in Zurich and the surrounding agglomeration; outside this area it appears as a fixed item in the quote.
It depends on the scope. Painting alone is usually done in three to five working days; if floors, minor repairs or a new bathroom are added, it takes correspondingly longer — a bathroom renovation alone needs three to four weeks. We give you the binding date after the survey; it is set out in the contract.
Yes, if the outgoing tenants agree. It is the most effective way to shorten the vacancy: the quote and materials are then ready when the flat becomes free.
No. With an empty flat, we take over the keys against a signed record and return them the same way.
Yes. We structure the quote and invoice so that work you want to charge to the outgoing tenants appears as separate items. You decide which share is chargeable — for example, using the joint lifespan table (paritätische Lebensdauertabelle).
We stop, document it with photos and send a change order with a price. Nothing is carried out until you approve it — and at the same time we tell you whether the handover date is affected.
Choose an area, choose a service, move the slider — you see the guide price for the labour straight away. Materials and VAT come on top; the fixed-price quote is binding.
CHF 18–25 per m²
Two coats, covering included (paint as materials extra)
Unit prices for the labour from our 2026 price list (lower price segment), excl. VAT. The higher figure applies in difficult conditions. Materials, disposal of strip-out material, crane, scaffolding and permits come on top. The guide price does not replace a site visit.
