Who is behind BauStern.

BauStern Kozlovskyi (sole proprietorship) — run by Artem Kozlovskyi, based in Zurich-Altstetten. All trades, one contact person, for business clients throughout Switzerland.

Owner

Artem Kozlovskyi

Artem Kozlovskyi runs BauStern as its owner: he is responsible for quotes, contracts and dates. Site visits and surveys are handled by our chief engineer; on site, the site manager leads the tradespeople, and your project manager keeps in touch with you — right through to handover with a report. The company has been entered in the commercial register of the canton of Zurich since February 2026 and works throughout Switzerland from Zurich-Altstetten.

What is in the quote is what gets built; anything that changes along the way, we discuss before it costs money. Site visits and surveys are handled by our chief engineer, the site manager runs the site — and your contact person remains your project manager.

How we work on your site.

  1. Covered before we start

Floors, stairwell, lift and passageways are protected before the first tool is unpacked.

  2. Rubble removed daily

Building rubble and packaging leave the site every day — nothing is stored in the stairwell or in front of the building.

  3. Stairwell clear, neighbours informed

Access routes stay passable. Noisy periods are announced in advance, and tenants and neighbours are informed in writing.

  4. Broom-clean handover

On handover day, the space is cleaned, coverings are removed, and tools and materials are gone.

Let's talk about your project.

The consultation is free. You get a confirmation straight away, and we call you back within one hour (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00).
