Three firm commitments.

Available around the clock

No form in an emergency: on +41 76 524 98 98 you speak to us directly, including at night, on Sundays and on public holidays. On the phone we tell you what you can do until we arrive.

Usually within 60 to 120 minutes

That is how quickly we are usually on site in the city of Zurich and the Limmat Valley. Our project manager confirms the call-out, arrival time and price on the phone before we set off.

Then everything from one source

Repairing the pipe, removing damaged parts, tiling, parquet and painting — all trades from one company. New pipes with a pressure and leak test and a test report.

What to do immediately.

First, turn off the water: for a single fixture, close the angle valve right by the basin, WC or washing-machine connection; otherwise close the main stopcock — usually in the basement by the water meter. If water is running near sockets, lights or distribution boards, switch off the fuses for the affected rooms, but only if you do not have to stand in water to do so. If people are at risk or water has got into electrical installations, call the fire brigade on 118. Photograph where the water is coming out and the damage before anything is cleared up, and inform the property management and your insurer. Then call us.

Frequently asked questions.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Anything where water is escaping uncontrolled or no longer draining away: a burst pipe, a leaking line, water coming into the flat below, an overflowing or blocked WC, a burst hose on a washing machine or dishwasher. A dripping tap is annoying but not an emergency — for that we arrange a normal appointment.

How quickly can you be there?

In the city of Zurich and the Limmat Valley, usually within 60 to 120 minutes — around the clock. Our project manager gives you the exact arrival time on the phone before you decide.

How much does an emergency call-out cost?

Mon–Fri 07:00–17:00: CHF 135.– per hour plus a call-out fee of CHF 60.–. Evenings and Saturdays: CHF 140.– per hour with a 25% surcharge, an emergency flat fee of CHF 120.– and the call-out fee. Nights, Sundays and public holidays: CHF 145.– per hour, an on-call flat fee of CHF 200.–, and a surcharge of 50% at night and 100% on Sundays and public holidays. All prices excl. VAT, materials charged as used; the project manager confirms the price on the phone. The repair afterwards is quoted at a fixed price.

Will my insurance cover the costs?

That is for your insurer to decide based on your policy. We provide what they need: photos of the damage, the pressure and leak test report, and a quote with labour and materials listed separately.

I am a tenant — can I call you directly?

To stop acute damage, yes. At the same time, inform the property management: tenants are required to report defects (Art. 257g OR), and the property management decides on the repair afterwards.

Do you dry out the walls too?

Technical building drying is handled by a specialist company with measuring equipment. We only close up walls and floors once the measurements allow it — otherwise moisture stays trapped and there is a risk of mould.

Do you also come out beyond Zurich?

Yes, we work throughout Switzerland. Outside Zurich and the Limmat Valley, the project manager gives you the arrival time on the phone; we carry out repairs after water damage anywhere in Switzerland.

Is the emergency service available at night and at weekends?

Yes, around the clock, including Sundays and public holidays. At night from 22:00 to 07:00 and on Sundays and public holidays, the hourly rate is CHF 145.– plus an on-call flat fee of CHF 200.– (excl. VAT), with a surcharge of 50% at night or 100% on Sundays and public holidays (not cumulative). Our project manager confirms the job, arrival time and price with you on the phone before we set off.
