A framework agreement for property managers: you report the flat, we handle every trade. A binding handover date per flat, a before-and-after photo report and one collective invoice per month.
Agreed once, they apply to every flat you report — in Zurich and all of German-speaking Switzerland.
You receive the handover date together with the fixed-price quote after the site visit. It is confirmed in writing, and all trades are scheduled in parallel. If a delay in materials or access becomes apparent, you hear about it straight away.
Photos of every room before and after, the acceptance report and any notes as a PDF — for owners, incoming tenants and your files.
All flats and small jobs of the month on one collective invoice, broken down by property and flat — or per property if you prefer.
Your project manager coordinates painting, flooring, plumbing, cleaning and disposal. Survey by our chief engineer, site supervision by our site manager.
Terms, contact person, invoicing and access to the properties are agreed once.
By form, email or phone: address, move-out date, keys. Book the site visit online.
Our chief engineer surveys the flat. Within 48 h you receive the fixed-price quote with the handover date.
All trades in parallel from one company, neighbours informed.
Joint acceptance with a report, before-and-after photos, final cleaning, keys returned.
One invoice at the end of the month for all flats.
Guide price for a vacant flat: CHF 8'000 – CHF 20'000 per flat (3.5 rooms, approx. 70 m²). The fixed-price quote after the site visit is binding.
Pick a day and time — our chief engineer comes to your property, takes measurements and discusses the scope with you. Free of charge if you award us the job.
