A watertight, fully documented bathroom in three to four weeks. The owner holds the test report and photos of the pipes taken before the walls were closed.

Starting point

An older bathroom with old pipes, a bathtub and small tiles. The brief: a level-access shower, natural stone and storage built into the wall.

Solution

Full renovation: strip-out to the shell, new water supply and waste pipes with a pressure test, pre-wall installation for the WC and the niche, bonded waterproofing, large-format marble tiles, brass fittings.
