The result.

Six rooms, handed over turnkey: an open-plan living and dining area, a handleless kitchen with a natural stone splashback, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with wood panelling, a walk-in wardrobe and an entrance hall with built-in cupboards. Acceptance documented in an acceptance report.

Starting point

A 47 m² flat with an old layout: small rooms, pipes at the end of their service life, no storage. The owner wanted an open living area, a new bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a fixed handover date — all from a single company.

Solution

BauStern took on the design, the working drawings and the construction. The sequence: planning → strip-out to the shell → new drywall partitions → plumbing, electrical and heating with underfloor heating → floors, tiles, painting → kitchen, bathroom and built-ins → handover.
