How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A full refurbishment with strip-out, pipework, tiling and installation takes three to four weeks. A refresh without new tiles — taps, WC, silicone, paint — is done in three to five working days.

How quickly is a boiler replaced?

A standard electric boiler is swapped in one day, including disposal of the old unit. Special sizes or heat-pump water heaters are clarified at the site visit.

Do you also work in the evenings or at weekends?

For businesses, restaurants and medical practices, by arrangement — so that operations can continue.

What happens if there is water damage outside office hours?

Under a framework agreement, we agree a response time for faults. Without one: turn off the water, photograph the damage, inform your insurer — and call us. We call back within one hour on working days (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, otherwise on the next working day from 08:00) and come round as quickly as possible.

Do you handle coordination with the water supplier?

Yes. We coordinate the registrations and the inspection by the supplier and enclose the documents.
