How long does a vacant-flat renovation take?
It depends on the scope: painting and minor repairs are done in a few days, while a flat with a new bathroom and kitchen takes several weeks. For a vacant 3.5-room flat with painting, flooring and minor repairs, we typically allow one to two weeks. Either way, the date is set out in the contract.
Can you renovate several flats at the same time?
Yes. For a series in the same building, we stagger the trades so that painters, floor layers and plumbers do not wait for each other. How many flats can run in parallel is something we clarify at the site visit — it depends on scope and dates.
What if surprises turn up during the strip-out?
We stop, document everything with photos and send you a change order with a price. Work only goes ahead once you have approved it.
Do you also work for private owners?
Yes, from three hours of work. Our process is the same: site visit, fixed-price quote, contract with dates.
