Can you work at night or at weekends?
Yes, by arrangement and within local noise regulations. We schedule noisy work in the permitted time slots.
Do you also handle electrical work?
The preparation — chases, conduits, boxes — yes. The electrical installation itself is carried out by a licensed electrical firm that we coordinate.
How long does a tenant fit-out take?
A few weeks, depending on the area and the fit-out standard — for retail space, we plan backwards from the opening date. The date is written into the contract.
Do you work with our interior designer?
Yes. We build to their plans and contribute construction details before work starts.
