You choose kitchen units, worktop and appliances to your standard from a kitchen maker or retailer, or we source them for you on request — in the quote they are listed separately from our labour. We take care of everything around the kitchen: connections, fitting, splashback, painting and flooring, coordinated by one site management team and documented through to the acceptance report. Where several kitchens in one building are due, we work as with bathroom series: one after another, with the same materials and sequence for each unit, so only one flat is ever without a kitchen. What repeats, we show in the quote as a flat fee rather than an estimate.

What it costs.
For fitting the kitchen alone, we charge CHF 900 to CHF 1'800 per kitchen, excluding special cases for appliance connections. Work around the kitchen is priced at the same guide rates as in the overview. All figures cover labour only: kitchen units, appliances, materials and the electrical connections by the licensed electrical firm are extra. Travel is included in Zurich and the surrounding agglomeration; outside this area it appears as a fixed item in the quote.

Building permit.
In the canton of Zug, renovating a kitchen inside a building without affecting the load-bearing structure — with no additional floor area or building volume and no change to the share of uses or the main residential orientation — needs no building permit within the building zone, but it does need a building notice (Bauanzeige) to the municipality (§ 44 para. 2 let. c PBG). For listed monuments, planned changes must also be reported to the building authority. We clarify with the municipality before work starts what your project needs and record the result in writing.

For complete kitchen fitting we expect CHF 900 to 1'800. Kitchen units, appliances and materials to your standard are extra; travel from Zurich-Altstetten (about 35 minutes) is a fixed item in the quote.
