New wall, ceiling or wall lining at a guide price per m², with skim coating to the quality level you choose as a separate item.
Drywall, skim coating, painting and flooring from the same company — with no waiting time between trades.
A new plasterboard partition goes up quickly — removing an existing wall, on the other hand, starts with a question: is it load-bearing? Lightweight partitions can usually be taken down without further ado. Load-bearing walls need a structural assessment by a structural engineer and, depending on the municipality, a building application (Baugesuch). We clarify this before we quote and include it in the quote, so that the new layout does not turn into an open question on site. For the surface, we specify the skim-coat quality: Q2 for normal paint finishes, Q3 for higher standards, for example with smooth, dark colours.

What people ask us most often before drywall and plastering work.
With us, a new plasterboard wall costs CHF 58 to 78 per m² for labour. A wall 4 m long and 2.5 m high (10 m²) therefore comes to CHF 580 to 780; skim coating and materials are extra.
Skim coating to Q2 or Q3 costs CHF 18 to 25 per m², a suspended ceiling CHF 68 to 90 per m², a new wall CHF 58 to 78 per m² — labour only in each case.
Drywall installers or plasterers. With us, drywall comes from the same company as painting, flooring and plumbing — so we plan the wall together with the pipework and the surface finish.
A non-load-bearing interior partition usually requires no permit. If load-bearing walls are altered or the use changes, a building application (Baugesuch) may be required. The municipality makes the binding decision; we clarify it before work begins.
A lightweight, non-load-bearing partition, yes — demolition costs CHF 28 to 45 per m². A load-bearing wall must first be assessed by a structural engineer.
