We plan flats and commercial spaces completely: from the survey through the floor plan and 3D visualisation to execution and handover. One company, one contract, a result that matches the visualisation.
The 3D images are the template for the execution. Materials, dimensions and details are built exactly as you approved them.
Planning and construction from one company — no interface between designer and trades where details get lost.
The quote is settled before the strip-out begins: item by item, materials separate, the date in the contract.
Seven steps, from the first conversation to the handover.
Room, connections, light and your wishes — arranged in the callback within 1 h, recorded on site.
Zones, routes, furniture and services on the plan — two or three options before anything is drawn in detail.
Every room as a photorealistic image: materials, light, colours. You see what will be built before it is built.
Tiles, fittings, wood, stone — with samples and sources, matched to budget and delivery times.
All trades item by item, materials separate — within 48 h of the site visit.
All trades from one company, electrics coordinated, a weekly update with photos.
Joint acceptance with a report, plumbing leak test report, 5-year warranty.
Left, the 3D visualisation from the planning; right, the execution. Three properties from one project portfolio — a travertine bathroom, a hair salon, a bathroom in green marble.
What we are asked about planning most often.
Yes. Floor plan, visualisation and material concept are also available as a stand-alone service. Most clients have both done by one company, though — then there is no interface between plan and site.
It depends on the scope. The floor plan and first visualisations for a flat are usually ready within a few weeks; we give you the binding schedule after the first meeting.
Only if load-bearing walls, wet rooms in a new location or the facade are affected. We clarify at the site visit whether your project needs a permit — the municipality makes the binding decision.
The planning is part of the fixed-price quote and shown as a separate item. We give you a guide price after the first meeting, depending on area and scope.
The consultation is free. You get a confirmation straight away, and we call you back within one hour (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00).
